CHIN201 - Chinese I
This course includes vocabulary, structure and communicative skills at A1 level. The class activities are grouped around various topics such as countries, nationalities, jobs, family, feelings, food and drink, colors and clothes and daily routines. Various cultural elements are also involved in order to make students be aware of different cultures.

FRE201 - French I
This course involves activities for developing vocabulary, grammar and communication skills required for basic communication. Introducing oneself, asking about prices, telling the time, dates, weather, giving directions, leisure activities, biographic information, colloquial dialogues, phone calls could be listed among these activities. Phenomena from various cultures are also included in the content of the course in order to provide students information about various cultures.

FRE202 - French II

GER201 - German I
This course involves the necessarry activities for developing the vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills of students to help them communicate at the beginner level. These activities include learning expression of feelings, food and beverage, leisure time activities, and daily routines. Various cultural phenomena are also included within the course in order to help students acquire information about different cultures.

Dialogues, grammar studies and exercises.(tourism, business letters,oral and written translation)

JAP201 - Japanese I
The general aim of the course is to help students acquire basic languages skills to enable them communicate at the A1 level (Beginner Level) of European Union Language Criteria. This course involves the necessarry activities for developing the vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills of students to help them communicate at the beginner level. These activities include learning expression of feelings, food and beverage, leisure time activities, and daily routines. Various cultural phenomena are also included within the course in order to help students acquire information about different cultures.

JAP202 - Japanese II
Dialogues, grammar exercises. Making comments through adjectives, expressing oneself in detail and obtaining information from the other party, making a polite request, making an offer and answering it, etc.

JAP301 - Japanese III
Asking for permission, learning about prohibition expressions, asking for and giving information about family and job, sharing information about experiences and hobbies, communicating with people in everyday colloquial language, expressing ideas, opinions, and guesses simply, using reported speech, etc.
